Pull the upper cuff down and hold the ribbed rings with two fingers, then pull the loops up. Pass the stiff penis through the loops and tighten the cuff only enough to avoid pain. If you feel too much pressure or the penis swells blue, simply pull the ribbed rings upwards with the loop on the left and right. The eyelet is designed for one or more weights that can be hooked in with a snap hook (weights sold separately).
