The upper ring is slipped over the hard penis and the cuff is tightened firmly. Then put the second loop over the testicle and tighten the lower cuff only enough so that there is no pain and the testicle does not turn blue (tighten by feel - risk of congestion of the veins). Then insert the aluminium plug into the anus. This noble cuff and the plug (Ø max. approx. 3.00 cm, length: approx. 7.50 cm) are made of highly polished hard aluminium. Rubber cord: Ø 5 mm, black round cord made of NBR elastomer (nitrile).
